DELIVERY TIME
Once payment has been made, the order will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

Payment will be made by credit card or Bizum.
SHIPPING COST
We ship to Spain and Portugal. The shipping cost is 8 euros for all products, except for olive oil products in 5-liter carafes, which will cost 12.50 euros.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For online sales, you have 7 days for any exchange with the original receipt and packaging. For these sales you can return your order and exchange it for another item or a voucher with an expiration date of 6 months or cancel the sale within 7 days of receipt of the product. To do so, you may mail or ship the products to the following address:

We remind you that the shipping costs of the products you wish to exchange are at your expense and that BODEGAS COLADO will not accept in any case returns sent freight collect. Once the return has been received, the corresponding credit will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase or the delivery of a ticket to purchase other products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the regulations governing distance sales, customers in the European Union have 7 working days (counting from the date of receipt) to exercise their right of withdrawal on their order at BODEGAS COLADO.
In such a case, BODEGAS COLADO will refund your order in full, but you must return the entire order to us.
The order must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt by mail or transport, at the customer’s expense, to the warehouse of BODEGAS COLADO:
