Our traditional cornicabra olive crops are located in a privileged environment, between the Toledo Mountains and the Tagus Valley, which provides unique organoleptic characteristics with an inimitable flavor.
All the olives are harvested in the traditional way, are transported to the mill in a short period of time and the oil is obtained by the first cold pressing, thus not altering the original properties of the olive.
Food pairing: Virgen del Rosario is perfect for raw consumption, frying, roasting and baking, as it enhances the natural flavor of food.
