More than 100 years

We are a family company with more than 100 years of experience in the market.

The winery was founded by Don Alberto Colado in 1890 and since then we have been in a constant process of transformation and updating, incorporating into our company the manufacture, marketing and export of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from organic production and organic dried figs.

We are dedicated to the production, distribution and export of extra virgin olive oil and organic extra virgin olive oil. Our privileged location, between the Sierra de San Vicente and the Tajo Valley, makes our lands very fertile and suitable for cultivation.

Our olive oils are produced with respect for the environment and are committed to the highest quality of the product. We are also dedicated to the production and commercialization of organic dried figs.

From our land

The best we have

The fig trees of extraordinary quality offer us a delicatessen that can be enjoyed all year round, organic dried figs in flour. The production of organic figs, Cuello de Dama variety, is mainly concentrated in the Tagus Valley.

We produce extra virgin olive oil obtained from the cold pressing of olives of the cornicabra variety, native to this region. We market our oils under the brand names Virgen Del Rosario and Olium Montearagón Organic Oil. We also produce and sell table wines under the brand name Aibura Organic Wine, a red wine, and white wine Aibura Organic Wine.

We distribute our products in Spain and also in other European and African countries.
